First, we will discuss your needs and expectations of the project. You will determine the items to dispose of and keep. Then we will begin our organizational work. We can use the materials you already have or advise you on new products so that your space is functional and visually attractive.

At the end of the project, we will provide you with an organizational system: the right and practical tools to maintain your space tidy and functional.

Unpacking & Placement

We know that moving is stressful, but we can make the process organized, easy, and effective. When your things arrive at your new home, you can breath easily while we unpack and put everything in its place. We will unpack your boxes in a neatly organized matter and leave you with a clean unpacked room!

It all starts with a consultation at your home to discuss what your moving process will be like, which rooms need organizing first, and items needed to accommodate the unpacking process.

We will send you a proposal with the estimate, once we analyze these details as each move is specific (unpacking a box full of pillows and cushions is not the same as a box full of small toys).

Once you approve the quote, we will schedule a day and time to unpack and organize your new home.

Many times you don't need to rent expensive furniture or buy fancy items to decorate. Decluttering the house, organizing things and placing the furniture in a suitable place, makes a whole difference in the look and the style of the house.

  • In an online survey conducted by the National Association of REALTORS® , staging the living room was found to be most important for buyers (47 percent), followed by staging the master bedroom (42 percent), and staging the kitchen (35 percent). 

Our team of professional organizing consultants have experience in Real Estate, Architecture and Interior Design. No only will we help make the main rooms of your home look attractive to the buyer, but we can help you organize closets, cabinets, pantry, laundry and storage spaces. These areas are often overlooked, but the buyer will see.
